Out of Stock Policy

Because of the biodegradable nature of some of the items, some items publicized on the website may be out of stock. In such a case you will be able to cancel your order or change it.

Return Policy

With the exception of Special Order Items, items purchased at clearance prices, and items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging, all of which may not be returned for any reason, any item purchased from the Company may be returned to the Company in its original package, unopened and in the same condition in which it was received by you within 30 days from the date of purchase or 15 days from the date the Product was delivered to you, the latter of the two, to the following address: Ecologic Earth LLC, c/o Receiving Dept., 481 Parkview Lane, Frankfurt, MI 49635. In such event, the Company shall provide Buyer a refund or credit for other purchases from the Site (less shipping and handling charges incurred).

The following conditions shall apply to all returned items:

  • Buyer will send written notification to the Company which shall be dated, and include a list of the items to be returned and their respective item codes, Return Merchandise Authorization Number, the date shipment was received, the invoice number under which the shipment was delivered and the reason for the return.
  • Buyer will receive a refund for the returned item within 30 days from receipt of such item by the company less a restocking fee in an amount equaling 15% of the price paid for each returned item.
  • Shipping charges will notbe refunded, unless a product is defective.
  • Buyer shall bear all of the costs associated with shipping the returned items to the Company.

Order Cancellation

Please submit all cancellation requests via email or phone, as soon as possible and include all the information you received in your order confirmation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped.

Orders ship about 2 business days after they are placed.

Environmental Policy

Ecologic Earth accepts responsibility for the harmful effects its operations have on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them.

Ecologic Earth will measure its impact on the environment and set targets for ongoing improvement. The Company will comply with all relevant environmental legislation. The Company will implement a training program for its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company's performance. Ecologic Earth will encourage the adoption of similar principles by its suppliers.

Shipping Policy

We ship almost entirely via Fed Ex and UPS. For orders that weigh less than two pounds, we find United States Postal Service (USPS) more economical. We ship international orders primarily by USPS.

 

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 4-5 business days. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.

 

To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the buy buttons. Then click on the small picture of the shopping cart in the upper right hand corner (located next to 'log In'). This will bring up a page that show you all the items in your cart. Enter your zip code in the box labeled 'Destination Zip Code'. You can try different shipping methods by clicking on the down arrow located next to 'Shipping'. Select a shipping method (e.g. USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, 3 day select etc...) and then click Recalculate. This will show you shipping charges before placing your order or entering any personal information.

 

Shipping Times

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Do not count the day the order was shipped. Fed Ex Home Delivery delivers on Saturday at no extra charge but does not deliver on Monday. Small orders that weigh less than two pounds are best shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
